Hi,

First of all I would like to say that I am writting a post instead of make a video because I am really shocked and very nervious about what has happened earlier.

As you know I make reviews about products of internet marketing and related things and most of the products I promote are products that I have purchased myself. I have a lot of softwares because they help me in my bussiness.

I have purchased A LOT of products from a vendor called Brett Rutecky. They are vey useful and I have used them a lot, some more than others. Ok. No product is perfect and  sometime I have had a question or a problem with his products and with others. I understand that is something normal.

The first product  I purchased from him was in 2015 so in 4 years I have purchased a lot of his products.

Most of the times I have received a reply, a solution and everything worked well.

The last two times I tried to comunicate with him about two of his platforms, profitcanvas and clickbackrewards i received no reply.

In May I purchased a product because he was given a very good bonus.

The bonus was a payment platform with beta access to the pro edition with some very good features like add products and create membership payments.

At the beginning i had all the features but today I login and I only had the features that people have with a free account.

I sent him a support ticket asking him why this happend and I had an unexpected rude and agresive reply.

This is the email. Is an image so I can’t delete anything. ( I have hide my emails and the transaction Id, obviusly)  The subject is in capital letters because in that two previous support tickets I had no replies and I wanted to be seen, capture the attention in order to receive a reply. This is the only thing maybe somebody can see as unpropiate.

Sometimes I see important emails in my inbox from a client or subscriber very old I didn’t see before (sometimes happens) and a didn’t wanted that happen with my email to him.

I have never, never, in my entire life receive a reply like that.

I am a seller, I sell hair extensions in my Online stores, http://www.extensionescabellonatural.com http://www.extensionescabellonatural.es http://judlisni.com and I have a memberships sites http://www.comoponerextensiones.com and sometimes a have people telling me, I can’t access, the platform doesn’t work properly and things like that and I always say SORRY I going to do my best to fix it.

I have purchase a lot of internet products from other vendors and sometimes I have problems, that’s normal, but NEVER, I repeat, NEVER   I have received a reply like that, so nasty and full of anger.

A week ago I have a problem with  a software ( Revoicely: wonderful software by the way) for another vendor and I place a support ticket and I have a excellent response, the problem is not fixed yet but I received a correct attention. That is the normal reaction of vendors and in 5 or 6 years I have talked with a lot of them.

Even I apologies because in the video I recorded explaining the issue I have a loud tone.

What I want to say with all of this is I am shocked how a person can be so rude with a client. I didn’t purchase one or two. I have purchase 8 of his products and I have purchased other products in order to have his affiliate bonuses but not anymore.

And you can see, NEVER A REFUND.

I was a client, and I think the way he replied to me was completely unacceptable.

He told me I going to delete your emails or something like that so I post here my reply just in case he do what he promise.

When I calm down I will do the video because it doesn’t matter how good your products are as a developer, you, Brett Rutecky. are an awful person.

If you are my subscriber, client, a visitor for the first time and you are reading this I would like to know what you think ( maybe in english the combination of some words mean ASSHOLE, I really don’t know).

I consider myself a very polite woman. Very polite with everybody. 13 years as an stylist so I have treat with a lot of people so I know what I am talking about.

I love to learn and today I have learn a very tough lesson. I didn’t expected something like this. Every single day is a new discovery.

My conclusion is that he have treat me like a shit and I’m not going to let anybody in this entire world treat me like that. Not in this life.

I will keep my money for a vendor with  a normal sense of bussiness, with good products and knowledge of how to treat people.
